A passionate educationist who believes that an educator’s job is not just to be a fountain of facts and figures but be a coach, counsellor and mentor rolled into one. Each student is an individual that deserves kindness, care and attention that enhances their self-esteem, leverage their strengths, overcome their shortcomings and become a thriving, humane citizen of the world.
An accomplished academic with papers and publications to her credit, she nurtures academic rigour and at the same time creates myriad opportunities for students on campus to realize their potential. With this in mind she conducts leadership workshops, innovation challenges, ideathons, and simultaneously a plethora of cultural events. She oversees twenty plus clubs on campus that provide a platform for students to explore their varied interests.
An avid reader, a keen debater, she hopes her learning curve will end only with the arrival of the Reaper.
