Starting career as an educational entrepreneur, Sadiq has 20+ years of experience in IT and ITES companies ranging from startups to multinationals such as HP, Microsoft Corporation and Zoho. His passion for creating positive social impact through technology and education, pushed him to become an education technology consultant. For over a decade, Sadiq has been working with various colleges, universities and ministries of education both in India and abroad to help them leverage innovative digital technologies and effective educational pedagogies to enhance academic effectiveness, improve administrative efficiencies, ensure students’ success and stay ahead of education transformation challenges. He has extensively travelled to more than 20 countries to present and demonstrate ICT/eLearning solutions for education, and deliver tech talks on various international educational conferences, seminars and workshops. Considering the increasing challenges of underemployment and unemployment of fresh graduates in India due to technological advancement in automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, Sadiq founded uLektz - an EdTech startup that provides a one-stop solution for all the needs of higher education. By leveraging his global experience, technological expertise and deep understanding of higher education, uLektz is designed to meet the demands of various stakeholders of higher education. uLektz helps colleges and universities to: • Enhance education with engaging teaching and learning experiences. • Ensure students success with employability skills and job placements. • Improve administrative efficiency with streamlined processes. • Adhere to the compliances of various accreditation and regulatory bodies.
